• Notes

  In the Statutory Register of Marriages Index, there is a marriage of Catherine Dunsire and George Drummond in Buckhaven in 1887. The date fits Catherine b.1862, and other Catherines of the period have other spouses. But there is no supporting evidence. There is an untraceable Catherine Dunsire in the Stat Reg Deaths Index, died 1888 age 27 in Buckhaven. It is possible that this refers to George Drummond's wife, just married in 1887.
