MAW, Nan - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Aunt Nan, Sunday, August 10, 2003. She gave up a courageous battle, in her 97th year. She will be remembered by her love of family and witty sense of humour. Predeceased by late husband Harry, seven sisters and one brother. Cherished mother to Jean. Dear Nana to Gary and Jen, Brenda and Ray, Heather and Joe, and Brian. Great-grandmother to Jason, Daniel, Brad, Jessie, Kaitie, Melanie, Sean, Kristen and Kevin and great-great-grandson Andrew. She was a dear Aunt to Lily and Agnes and will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Jerrett Funeral Chapel, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, (between Eglinton and St. Clairs. E.), August 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held August 14 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul's United Church, 200 McIntosh St., Scarborough. Donations to St. Paul's United Church or charity of choice, would be appreciated by the family.
