  	Birth: Nov. 9, 1901 Purcell, Doniphan County,Kansas, USA Death: Jan. 27, 1991 Seneca, Nemaha County, Kansas, USA WETMORE – Mrs. Ruth Pinder Lapham, 89, Wetmore, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 1991, at a Seneca nursing home. Mrs. Lapham had been a teacher and dental assistant in Wetmore. She was born Nov. 9, 1901, near Purcell, the daughter of Robert and Harriet Pinder. Mrs. Lapham was a member of Order of Eastern Star in Wetmore and the Fortnightly Club. She was married to Augustus Philip Lapham May 23, 1928, in Topeka. He died Jan. 18, 1990. A brother, Cecil Pinder, in California, survives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Wetmore. Burial will be in Wetmore Cemetery. Mrs. Lapham will lie in state after 3 p.m. today at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton.
