I «b»George Maw the Elder of Scotter in the County of Lincoln, Butcher«/b», do hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and do made and ordain this my last will and testament in mannor and form following (that is to say) First, I give and devise all that my freehold cottage or tenement and homecroft thereto adjoining with the appurtonances situate at the end of Hob Lane in Scotter called by the name of Fancy unto «b»my granddaughter Elizabeth now the wife of John Airy«/b» for and during the term of her natural life free from the control or intermedling of her said husband and from and after her decease I give and devise one Moiety or half part of the said premises unto«b» her daughter Ann«/b» and her heirs for ever and as to the other Moiety or half part of the said premises I give and devise unto«b» William her son and Elizabeth her daughter«/b» and their heirs for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants. Also I give and bequeath unto «b»my Grandson William Pask«/b» my executor in trust hereafter mentioned the sum of ten pounds (he to deduct the same out of my personal estates within twelve months after my decease). Also I give and bequeath unto «b»my grandson John Pask«/b» the sum of ten pounds to be paid to him by my said executor within two years after my decease. Also I give and bequeath unto«b» my Granddaughtor Ann Pask«/b» the sum of Twenty pounds to be paid to her by my said Executor when she shall attain her age of twenty one years with lawful interest for the same from the time of my decease and in case of any of «b»my said three grandchildren William Pask, John Pask, or Ann Pask«/b», shall happen to die before their said legacies becomes due and payable then my will and mind is and I do hereby direct and bequeath the legacy or legacies of him her or them so dying to be equally divided between the survivors of them share and share alike and in case only of one survivor to such survivor. Also I give and bequeath unto «b»George Dawber«/b» my best suit of woollen wearing apparel. Also I give and bequeath unto«b» William Jarvis«/b» the rest of my woollen wearing apparel and all my linen wearing apparel. Also I do hereby direct my said executor to give to«b» Ann Brown«/b» and to «b»Ann Partrick«/b» each one pair of gloves at my decease. And Lastly as to all the rest of my goods chattels ready money and money out at interest and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto «b»my said grandson William Pask«/b» his executors and administrators In trust nevertheless to and for the sole use and benefit of my son George Maw and to and none other use interest or purpose whatsoever.
